Experience beautiful sunsets, the glittery ocean, puffy clouds, board games with family, and relaxing dreams as they come to life. Our home is the perfect sanctuary to create shared memories.

From family escapes, friend reunions, girlfriend getaways, corporate retreats, creative workshops or small group gatherings, this comfortable 2,600 sq. ft. 3-level home which sleeps 10 comfortably, is fully equipped, richly-appointed and just steps from the beach. We’ve thought of every smaller detail (especially in the kitchen) so you won’t have to!

Amenities

The Beach Is All Around Us

The Olivia Beach neighborhood has a lot to offer. The entire neighborhood has a unique beach feel. From the crushed oyster shells on the pathways to the wooden walkway that leads to the beach access, you are always reminded that you are embarked on your beach getaway.

Park

Just a short walk away, the neighborhood park provides a great place for outdoor activities. There is a play structure for the kids, a sand volleyball court and a fire pit perfect for roasting smores. There is plenty of grass to play on and picnic tables for those who would rather watch.

Pool

Staying at Beach Dreams also grants you access to the neighborhood swimming pool. It is open every year starting Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. The glass surrounding makes for a pleasant, wind-free experience. There is also a small exercise room in the adjacent pool house.

Hot Tub

Beach Dreams comes complete with its own hot tub. There's nothing like sliding into a relaxing hot tub after a fun day on the sand.

Fire Pit

The park has a fire pit that anyone can use. The wood is supplied but you will need to bring something to light the fire with. And don't forget the smores!
